During 2025, Progreso made significant progress in integrating environmental, social and governance factors as structural elements of its corporate strategy and value creation model. The company advanced environmental initiatives through investment in renewable energy, optimization of energy consumption and greater use of recycled materials; improved social indicators and expanded job creation in the region; and consolidated governance structures that ensure integrity, traceability and compliance, keeping the report aligned with the GRI and ESRS frameworks.

The year 2025 represented a turning point for the company: Progreso consolidated sustainability as one of the central pillars of its corporate strategy. The company strengthened its position as a regional industry leader, operating in eight countries, completed the integration of operations in the Dominican Republic, and added new energy capabilities with the launch of its own solar projects, Helios and Tijax. The transcendent purpose guiding Progreso is to build together the country where we all want to live.
